Do you remember yesterday (sometimes I can't remember that far back) when we overpaid for a Sunday paper? Well today's random act of kindness was inspired by my favorite part of the paper. The COUPONS!
The boys spent sometime last night cutting out the coupons, with extra emphasis on keeping the barcodes and description of what items it covered fully intact. While a few were things we truly needed and could use the $1 savings, most weren't really of use to us. When we went to the store today we taped those coupons directly to the item they were for so someone who needed that product could use it. It was easy, it was free and the boys thought of it as a fun adventure through the store- hunting for the exact cookies or salad dressing that the coupon was valid on. Win/win/WIN!
